Delivery Notice – Your Package Shipment
Packages for ex-stock products are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after we receive your payment. In the event of shipment delay customers will be notified accordingly, either by phone or email. All orders are shipped via registered courier service in Malaysia, and you will receive a tracking link to monitor your package online.
Shipping fees (where applicable) include handling, packing, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the total weight of your shipment. To help you save on shipping costs, we strongly recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We are unable to combine two separately placed orders, and each order will incur its own shipping fee.

Please note that once your package is dispatched, it is sent at your own risk. However, we take special care to ensure that fragile items are securely packed. Our boxes are generously sized and designed to provide excellent protection for your products.
