Shield Wire Solutions specializes in high-performance firewall routers and networking hardware designed for UNIFI Broadband and UNIFIBIZ users in Malaysia. Our products are intended to enhance network security, speed, and stability for home users, gamers, and enterprise customers.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2.2 Account Registration

To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Product Information, Pricing, and Availability

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications (including compatibility with UNIFI/UNIFIBIZ networks), firewall throughput rates, and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, specifications, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

3.2 Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include Sales and Service Tax (SST) where applicable.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once you have placed an order, the price will be honoured at that amount.

3.3 Availability

Products are offered while stocks last. In the event that a product is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or exchange.

3.4 Typographical Errors

In the event of a pricing or specification error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed based on such errors and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Acceptance

4.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an automatic email acknowledgment. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs only when we send a shipping confirmation email or when the product is dispatched.

4.2 Right to Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Pricing errors.

  • Suspicion of fraudulent or reseller activity.

  • Failure to pass payment verification.

4.3 Quantity Limits

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased per person, per household, or per order.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Online Banking Transfer (FPX)

  • E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, etc.)

All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Payment must be received in full before any product is dispatched.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

6.1 Processing and Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking link via email.

6.2 Delivery Area

We currently ship within Malaysia only (including West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and selected areas). Additional charges may apply for East Malaysia or remote locations.

6.3 Risk of Loss

Once the product is handed over to the courier service (e.g., UPS, PosLaju, DHL), risk of loss or damage passes to you. However, we take special care to pack all firewall routers and networking hardware securely to prevent damage in transit.

6.4 Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, customs clearance, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

7. Warranty and Returns

7.1 Manufacturer Warranty

All firewall routers sold by Shield Wire Solutions come with a manufacturer's warranty covering hardware defects for the period stated on the product page (typically 1 year, unless otherwise specified).

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by lightning strikes, power surges, or incorrect voltage.

  • Physical damage (drops, water damage, cracked casings).

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Firmware flashing or custom software installation not approved by the manufacturer.

7.2 Return Policy

You may request a return under the following conditions:

7.3 How to Request a Return

7.4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

By using our Site, you agree NOT to:

  • Use our products or website for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or bypass security features of our firewall routers.

  • Resell our products without express written permission from Shield Wire Solutions.

  • Post false, misleading, or malicious reviews.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action where applicable.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Shield Wire Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of data, network downtime, or loss of business revenue.

  • Compatibility issues with your existing UNIFI broadband service or third-party Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

  • Security breaches arising from improper configuration of firewall routers by the end user.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Privacy and Data Protection (PDPA 2010)

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Legal Notice and Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) .

By using our Site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Legal Notice.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations first. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
